Steph's visit

Stephi came to visit for a long weekend, thanks to a business trip to Dublin that let her bounce through London.  I was 38+ weeks, and about to pop.  On top of just being wonderful to see her, the visit provided a much-needed distraction to get my mind off being generally uncomfortable.  We had a fantastic (if not way too short) visit!

Steph is beautiful but how does one manage to look like one million dollars after an overnight cross-Atlantic flight?  AND she managed to sneak in two Top Pot donuts through customs?  Well played, Steph! We went right from the airport to Windsor Castle, where in a matter of half an hour it was sunny, then rained, then hailed, then was sunny once again.  Welcome to England :)

We managed to make it to Cambridge for an afternoon but otherwise the rest of her visit was spent making pretzel bread, talking, cooking, laughing, and then going to a 4-course delicious dinner with four of our best friends, Courtney, Randy, Angela, and Ryan.
